Managed Placements

Adding managed placements to your content network campaigns allows you to bid higher for your best ad spots.

Why Managed Placements?

Improve the performance of your content network ads by actively managing placements.  One way to do this is to add managed placements to your content network ad groups, and then bid higher for those placements.  This will result in a higher proportion of your ad dollars being applied to those placements which are providing the best return on ad spending (ROAS).

Finding Managed Placements

To find managed placements, run a placement report; sort high to low by conversions, and add those which have converted at a cost better than your targeted CPA.  You can add these for a single ad group, or for all ad groups.  Once you select a managed placement, be sure to bid higher for those.

Also consider:  Adding negative placements to your content campaigns, to improve results.
